"I reached out to customer service after lunch..."
I reached out to customer service after lunch one day because I had a question I didn’t feel like digging through the website for. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, so I was checking my email a few times while doing other stuff around the house. Once they finally replied, the help itself was fine and they answered what I needed. Nothing terrible, just not especially quick either.

I ordered from Rockets Shop the return process was more of a hassle than I thought it would be. I had to dig around to find the right info, and responses took longer than I’d like. It did get sorted in the end, but it was annoying enough that I’d think twice before ordering again...

"Box showed up beat up"
The package got here, but the box was in rough shape. It was smashed on one side, and the tape was barely holding on, I actually thought it might’ve opened during shipping. The item was still inside, thankfully, but yeah, not the best first impression.

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I was expecting a little more for the price. Compared to other places I’ve tried in the same range, this just didn’t feel like a great value. Everything was fine, but nothing really stood out enough to justify what they charge. Maybe others wouldn’t mind the cost, but for me it felt like I paid too much for something average.

I used Rockets Shop for maybe 20 or so minutes just browsing around, and the search was okay overall. It found what I wanted some of the time, but a few results felt kind of random, so I had to try 2 or 3 different keywords before getting closer.
The site is easy enough to move around, but a handful of categories could be labeled better. I’d say it’s not bad, just average right now, and with a few small fixes the whole thing would feel a lot smoother.

"Discounts felt misleading"
At first the discounts looked like a good deal, but once I actually tried to use them, it got confusing fast. The promo wasn’t nearly as clear as it seemed, and the final price ended up being different from what I expected. Maybe I missed some fine print, but give me a break, this stuff should be way more upfront. Not thrilled with the experience

I ordered two jerseys, but one of them showed up in the wrong size and color. Kind of frustrating because I was excited to get them, and now I have to deal with fixing it. Not the WORST thing ever, but definitely annoying

"Ugh, shipping took forever"
I was frustrated when I realized it had been almost three weeks and my order still wasn’t here. I ordered on impulse and was excited to get it, so the long wait really killed the mood. Not happy with the shipping time at all.

"Shipping used to be more reasonable"
I feel like the shipping costs used to be way better. This time, the shipping was actually more than the item itself, which just feels a little ridiculous.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
Not gonna lie, trying to order from rocketsshop.com was annoying. The checkout kept loading slowly, and my payment page randomly refreshed once, so I had to enter my details all over again. The order did go through eventually, but the whole experience definitely wasn’t smooth

I did get tracking updates, but they showed up late and weren’t super clear. it felt like whoever was handling the shipping updates wasn’t really keeping things on top of things. The order did arrive fine in the end, but the tracking part could’ve been a lot better

"Delivery was unreliable"
I placed my order sometime around the 10th, or maybe the 11th, and it ended up arriving later than expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no real idea where it was. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either. i probably wouldn’t order again unless the delivery process gets a lot better.

I thought this would be ready to hand over as a gift, but, well, it just wasn’t. I had to figure out how to make it presentable myself, which was disappointing.

"Inventory info wasn’t accurate"
I placed my order because the item showed as in stock, so I figured it was safe to go ahead. A few days later, I got an email saying it wasn’t actually available. That’s frustrating, especially when you’re trying to avoid delays or last-minute surprises. They really need to keep their stock numbers updated so customers can make better decisions.

I was in a hurry, but the whole payment process just didn’t feel secure to me. I didn’t feel comfortable entering my info and ended up feeling rushed and uneasy the whole time.

"Pretty hit or miss, and mine was a miss"
My order was a letdown. I know places can be hit or miss sometimes, but this one definitely missed for me. The whole experience just wasn’t great, and I don’t see myself ordering from here again.

"Got what I needed, but the site could be smoother"
A friend recommended rocketsshop.com to me, so I decided to check it out. I did end up finding what I needed, but the site felt a little clunky in spots. Some pages loaded slowly, and it took a few extra clicks to get around. The search worked okay, but it wasn’t amazing. Checkout was straightforward though, so that part was fine. Overall, it gets the job done, just not the smoothest shopping experience.

"Return policy could be clearer"
I tried to figure out how returns work, but the support page left me more confused than when I started. To be fair, the info might be there somewhere, but it wasn’t easy to understand or find in a straightforward way.
